No, but you can simply go to contact us page to fullfill the feedback form. Customer service team will contact you to let you know when the book is in stock.

Step 1: Select your product(s).

Step 2: Click on the “Add to Cart” icon to checkout.

Step 3: Key in your email and password. If you are a new customer, please fill in details by clicking "Sign Up" link.

Step 4: Check the details of the product(s) you have ordered at your Order Summary

Step 5: Key in your shipping and delivery address and click Proceed with Payment.

Step 6: The delivery charges will be shown. Re-check your Order Summary. Note: Once confirmed, your order cannot be cancelled/amended.

Step 7: Enter your payment details to confirm your order. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfer, cash on delivery, mobile payment and e-wallets.

They will appear a pop out alert to announce if your order is already successfully.

No, you can't. But your order is refundable once your order is confirmed. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, except non-returnable items.

You can get the point by purchasing or donating books to us. The point will count for 10 point for purchase a book and 5 point for donate a book.

All orders must be placed on our Fictional Escape official website. We do not accept telephone orders.

Your total shipping cost will be automatically calculated during checkout before your order is completed. Please note that shipping costs are calculated based on West Malaysia (RM5) and East Malaysia (RM10).

The books will be delivered to your doorstep by courier.

Request for separate/partial delivery will not be entertained.

Please log-in to your account, click on "Invoice". Then, you will view your delivery status in the invoice list. Once your order has been picked up from our fulfilment center, you can see the updated status in order details, it’s pending, sending, or received.

Click "Invoice", you will see the invoice list, and then click "More". You will see the invoice details, that have the record for your purchase, point discount and shipping delivery options you choose, if you want to rate and comment the book, just click "Rate and Comment" after you received the book.

First, you need to ensure that your state will be the West Malaysia. Then, you can donate a book by following these steps:

Step 1: You need to come to our book shop, the staff will help you to do about the donation process. But if your donation book is more than 10 book, we will support the door-to-door pick up.

Step 2: If your state is not in Selangor or Putrajaya, at each the end of the month, we plan to have a recycling station set up in each state to collect your donation books.

Step 3: For the East Malaysia customers, if you need to donate a book, we plan in future to have a donation center in Sabah or Sarawak.

Step 4: After your donation book is successfully, we will give you the point reward. The each book donation will be rewarded with 5 point.

Step 5: If you have any inquiries about the donation process, please contact us through our contact us page, offical social media, or also can through the email to contact us.

We will check the book condition in which level, the book condition can be devided by 4 level, which is Clearance, Fair, Good, and Excellent. The good and excellent condition books will resell in our book shop to become the used books, and for the fair and clearance books, we plan to do some recycling process.
