For Outbound Tour Packages

Tour Deposit

A maximum deposit of 25% of the tour fare per person must be paid as reservation fee. The balance of full payment must be made within 14 working days* before the date of departure for Free Independent Traveller (FIT) tour packages and 21 working days* for group tour packages.

A failure to comply with this requirement may result in the cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of deposit.

Amendment Charges

2.1 For Free Independent Traveller (FIT) Tour Packages

Upon confirmation of the tour, any subsequent change made to the reservation is subject to an amendment charge of RM50.00 per person per change. No change can be made within 8 working days* before departure. Changing the entire reservation constitutes a cancellation and is subject to cancellation charges (see clause 3.1).

2.2 For Group Tour Packages

Upon confirmation of the tour, no changes can be made to the reservation within 14 working days* before departure. Any request for early or late return is subject to respective airline conditions. Changing the entire reservation constitutes a cancellation.

Cancellation Charges

3.1 For FIT Tour Packages

Cancellation must be made in writing. If notice is received 30 working days* or more before departure, a minimum administrative fee of RM50.00 or 10% of tour deposit (whichever is lower) per person will be levied.

If notice is received 29 working days* or less before departure:

The respective airline's cancellation policy on special promotional fare shall apply in addition. The airline ticket is restricted and subject to the Airline's Terms and Conditions. It may be non-endorsable, non-reissueable, and non-refundable. Any alteration in routing or change of date is solely at passenger's own risk.
3.2 For Group Tour Packages

Cancellation must be made in writing. If notice is received 45 working days* or more before departure, a minimum administrative fee of RM30.00 per person or 2% of tour fare (whichever is higher) will be levied.

If notice is received 44 working days* or less before departure:

Cancellation by Company

4.1 FIT Tour Packages

The company reserves the right to cancel the tour due to any act of God, war, strike, riot or order from the Government of Malaysia beyond its control. Alternative tours shall be recommended. If the passenger declines, all moneys paid less administrative fee will be refunded.

4.2 Group Tour Packages

The company reserves the right to cancel the tour due to any act of God, war, strike, riot or order from the Government of Malaysia beyond its control. Alternative tours shall be recommended. If the passenger declines, all moneys paid less administrative fee will be refunded.

In the event of cancellation by the company due to insufficient passengers or inability to secure seats or accommodation:

Travel Documents

5.1 Tour Members' Responsibilities
  • An international passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of return;
  • The necessary visa, vaccination and health certificates as required.
5.2 Company's Responsibilities
  • Advise tour members on required documentation;
  • Assist passengers in obtaining necessary visa where possible (approval not guaranteed).
5.3 Relevant Fees and Charges

Service charges and visa fees shall be borne entirely by the tour members.

5.4 Rejection of Visa or Travel Documents

If visa or exit permit is rejected, a refund of tour fare will be made less administrative fees.

5.5 Refusal of Entry

The company shall not be held responsible if any tour member is refused entry or deported by immigration authorities due to improper documents or unlawful items.

Tour Information and Prices

1 Prices shown are current at time of publication and subject to change due to airfares, transportation costs, hotel rates, exchange rates, government tax, etc. The company reserves the right to increase prices with prior notice before confirmation.

2 Included in tour fare: Return air ticket (excluding airport taxes), hotel accommodation (twin sharing), all meals and sightseeing as specified, transfers on sit-in-coach basis. Child fare applies to children aged 2-12 sharing a twin room with two adults.

3 Not included: Laundry, food and beverage not on regular menu, optional excursions, porterage, items of personal nature.

Refund of Unused Services

No refund or reduction will be made for airfare, accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any services included in the tour fare but not utilized due to personal reasons.

Baggage

Free airline baggage allowance is provided by the airlines. Quantum and conditions may differ. Passengers are required to purchase adequate insurance coverage.

Possible Changes

Airline schedules or local conditions may require changes to sightseeing tours, hotels and route. The company shall make alternative arrangements subject to local conditions.

Right to Reject

The company reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any reservation if a person is likely to endanger the health or safety of others, or if any carrier, hotel or contractor refuses to allow participation. The company's sole liability shall be to refund moneys paid less services already utilized and applicable fees.

Responsibility of Company

The company and its associated agents shall be held responsible for services provided with regard to transportation, accommodation, entertainment and meals as indicated in their brochures. Compensation shall be paid as determined by the Commissioner of Tourism where services were not as stated.

Travel Insurance

All tour members are encouraged to buy travel insurance to safeguard themselves against sickness, loss of money, cancellation, flight delays or lost baggage.

Note: The company reserves the right to collect a higher deposit amount (amount differs according to tour package or deposit amount required by operation agents such as airlines, cruise company, ground agents, hotels, restaurants, entrance tickets etc) whenever required.
